due to new job + moving, lj participation will be reduced by 90 percent. priority to community moderation. personal email also largely unanswerable from 9 to 6. apologies if i miss something important. love to all.

sunday's self defense class really left me wanting more. i feel unprepared. big, big props to thewronghands and to all the guys that showed up to play the aggressor and help us learn.

i haven't injured myself lifting things and the packing is as yet incomplete. my supervisor (wavies to zarobi!) returns wednesday so things should really ramp up then. back to the boxes.

I'd be happy to lend a hand packing. Let me know what night outside help would be useful and I'll be there :)

Well, now that you mention it, it is likely I will need help with the kitchen, thursday or friday evening...

Someday I will be able to repay you for all your generous help!

I'll be there!

Oh thank you! I hope this weekend is actually pretty painless and we don't need help since we are taking the plunge and shelling out for movers. Yay, movers. I have no idea if I will need help unpacking because I have no idea if I will even have any furniture!

Packing, Moving
Isn't it amazing how your stuff fluffs up when you drag it out and pack it. I have tons of it here that will come your way soon.

Looks like you're doing a pretty impressive job packing, I'd say! The cats are in box-maze heaven. Or, alternately, freaking-out hell. =)

There is now a box of Nancy Drew books on the blue chair in the library. They will be removed tonight, they're going to be set-dressing. If they're in your way, feel free to move 'em wherever!

Hope the job, etc. are doing well. Ithink there is every chance I will not actually see you until, oh, Saturday. =)

It looks impressive... but I can't tell how much more I have to go! It's weird.

The cats were INSANE last night. INSANE I tell you. Oz decided he wanted to be under my bed and would not. get. out. It was kitty chaos. I am sure they can't wait until this is over either.

Hope the rehearsals are going well! I guess this is our first taste of not having chat time, well, ever. Weird. I'll get you the moving time as soon as I can.

The cats seemed to have mostly calmed down by the time I got home, but there was definitely still some edginess. I'm glad you eventually got Oz out of your room. =)

Rehearsals are going pretty well! Last night's was WAY better than Sunday's, when everyone had a bad case of the weekends. Tonight's the first full dress. Why do I have to change clothes three times when I only have like four lines in the whole play?!?

I'm sorry I can't be there to help. If you have any questions about, like, ownership of kitchen utensils, or if you need me to do anything in the hours I'm home that you're not, just leave me a note on the whiteboard or whatever. And thanks for checking on the move-time for me! I'm sure I'll be sleeping a LOT that night and it'll be good to know what level of chaos to expect when I wake up. =)
